WaterMill Cove is one of 80+ lakefront luxury properties in the Faria Resorts collection. Kayak on the lake, challenge your family to pickleball, fish off our private dock, ride bikes, or float the lazy river, all included in your stay. Two pools with a water slide and splash pad sit at the center of the resort, along with two hot tubs. Out on the grounds, you’ll find sand volleyball, basketball, 9-hole mini golf, shuffleboard, a playground and treehouse, and firepits with free firewood. Amenities are reserved for resort guests, so you share them only with other WaterMill Cove guests.
Our Branson lodging ranges from 4 Bedroom Villas, a cozy fit for a small family getaway, to an 11-bedroom villa built for full family reunions. The premium 6, 7, and 8 bedroom lodges add a private hot tub and a second refrigerator. Stay, play, and explore Table Rock Lake without leaving the resort. Our 14-slip private dock offers pontoon boat rentals, private boat slips, jet ski ports, and a large swim deck, with a private boat ramp on property. Kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, and aqua cycles are complimentary, and Coast Guard approved life jackets are free at the dock. It’s all conveniently located on-site and just steps from your unit.

WaterMill Cove sits right on the shore of Table Rock Lake at 175 Harbor Lane in Branson, MO 65616. The resort is just 2 miles from Silver Dollar City, which makes it convenient lodging near Silver Dollar City for families planning park days, and about 10 minutes from both Branson West and the Branson strip. Indian Point Marina is less than five minutes away by land or by water.
The resort has 24 units, including 4, 5, 6, and 11 bedroom villas, 6, 7, and 8 bedroom lodges, the Old Mill House, and The Cabin. The premium 6, 7, and 8 bedroom lodges include a private hot tub, pool table, and an extra refrigerator. Every unit comes stocked with a full kitchen, linens, bath towels, free Wi-Fi, and a gas grill, and every unit except The Cabin has a full-size washer and dryer.
The Cabin is our smallest unit and a great fit for a small family getaway, with a queen master, a second queen bedroom, and a full-over-queen bunk room. It sits on the same property as our larger lodges, so you still get the pools, lazy river, dock, and every other free resort amenity. If you need a little more space, the Old Mill House offers two king master suites, two queen bedrooms, and a bunk room.
Every stay includes two pools with a water slide, lazy river, and splash pad, plus two hot tubs, pickleball, sand volleyball, basketball, 9-hole mini golf, shuffleboard, bocce ball, a playground and treehouse, arcade and game room, bikes, and firepits with free firewood. Down at the dock, kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, aqua cycles, fishing poles, and life jackets are free to use. The pools are heated from the second week of May through the end of September, and pontoon boats, boat slips, and golf carts are available to rent. Amenities are for resort guests only.
Large groups are what WaterMill Cove does best. Our 11-bedroom villa and 8-bedroom lodges hold big families under one roof, and many groups book several units so everyone stays together on one property. One Facebook reviewer brought 16 family members, ages 1 to 72, and said every one of them had a wonderful time. WaterMill Cove is a privately owned resort, not a timeshare. We offer our lakefront homes as short-term Branson vacation rentals, so you get full access to the resort amenities with no ownership commitment, sales pitches, or pressured meetings. If you’ve avoided Branson resorts because of timeshare presentations, you won’t sit through one here.
Guests can rent pontoon boats right from our on-site dock, and every pontoon rental includes a boat slip. If you’re bringing your own boat or jet ski, you can rent a slip or jet ski port for $25 per day based on availability and launch from the boat ramp next to the dock. Boat and slip rentals are for resort guests only and slips go fast in July, so reserve early on our marina page or by calling 417-708-5351.
